Always very nice and try to be accommodating in this day of age. Receptionist are Always professional and Friendly. Veterinarians always give owners a choice and help when needed.
Outstanding practice. Recently my beloved lab was diagnosed with Thyroid cancer. The staff did an outstanding job providing answers and options. Dr Mike and Dr Megan were and continue to be understanding and supportive. Kind of customer service that is rare.
They are very attentive with my dogs. They take the time to ask questions and try to make vaccines as smooth as possible. They always listen to any concern no matter how small and helped identify and treat my younger dogs anxiety disorder. They go above and beyond in my experience.
Always the very, very best. They took good care of my semi feral porch cat as well as my “real pets.” I moved out of Orland many years ago but worth the short drive. Everyone who works there is so nice and helpful and put up with my old cat lady blabbering about my cats.
Everyone at Mid-Valley Vet Hospital are knowledgeable and friendly. I love that they have emergency appointment slots available for last minute issues. Wouldn’t go any where else.
