Large or small, we’re here to care

Like family

Our number one core value is family. Family should always come first. To us, that’s you. We believe it’s important to care for you, to make you feel like you belong here, and to make sure you never walk out with questions unanswered or needs unmet. We believe in caring for our team the same way, too. Here, our team feels like family. We work closely, we collaborate, we push and support each other, and we are constantly growing to make sure we care for you and your pet the way we would want our family to be cared for. After all… you are.

A close-up image of a white cow standing in a grassy field, awaiting a visit from the veterinarian. The cow is facing the camera with its ears slightly flopped to the sides. The background is slightly blurred with hints of greenery and trees under a cloudy sky.
Two cats walk closely together on a dirt path surrounded by green grass and blurred foliage in the background. One cat is grey and the other is a tabby with orange and brown markings, both with their tails raised—as if they just returned from a check-up at the veterinarian.
A happy Labrador Retriever with a light coat and wearing a grey collar sits outdoors. The dog is looking upwards with its mouth open and tongue out, seemingly waiting for a treat from the veterinarian. The background features blurred greenery and purple flowers.

Outstanding practice. Recently my beloved lab was diagnosed with Thyroid cancer. The staff did an outstanding job providing answers and options. Dr Mike and Dr Megan were and continue to be understanding and supportive. Kind of customer service that is rare.

They are very attentive with my dogs. They take the time to ask questions and try to make vaccines as smooth as possible. They always listen to any concern no matter how small and helped identify and treat my younger dogs anxiety disorder. They go above and beyond in my experience.

Always the very, very best. They took good care of my semi feral porch cat as well as my “real pets.” I moved out of Orland many years ago but worth the short drive. Everyone who works there is so nice and helpful and put up with my old cat lady blabbering about my cats.

Everyone at Mid-Valley Vet Hospital are knowledgeable and friendly. I love that they have emergency appointment slots available for last minute issues. Wouldn’t go any where else.
